There  are  many  ways  to  get  wheel.  But  the  good  wheel  is  difficulty  to  created.  It  deal  with  "clever  bet".  To  create  a  good  wheel,  we  will  know  something  of  combinatorics.  It  is  even  difficult  that  get  a  equivalent  wheel  of  one  wheel.  To  do  this,  we  need  long  time  to  compute.
